Cancellation and Refund Policy
Zostinger reserves the right to cancel a customer’s service at any time. If cancellation is caused by customers violation of these policies, then no refund is due. Customers may cancel service at any time, but no refund is due. Zostinger only offers refunds on web hosting. Our refund policy is 7 days and refund amount will be credited either in your Zostinger’s wallet or in source account. If you are unhappy for any reason with Zostinger you may cancel your account within 7 days. It only applies to accounts that cancelled by customer not by Zostinger. If you wish to cancel your services, you must notify us five (5) business days prior to your renewal date. If your notice of cancellation is not received within this time frame, you will be liable for payment of the preceding month and hereby agree to complete payment as invoiced accordingly. You may cancel by sending a support ticket or by using the cancellation form within your client area. If you cancel your account and your payments still continue to recur for any reason such as:
User cannot claim refund on discounted product after the offer expiration.
All Sales done with promotions are final and are not covered under No Questions Asked Refund policy. However, a refund will be issues if the mistake is from Zostinger end.
Our 7 days money back guarantee only includes shared hosting accounts only. Our 7 days money back guarantee excludes VPS, and domain registration. You may cancel your Virtual Private server at any time however no refunds will be issued. Licenses and add-ons are non-refundable.
Refunds are available on selected products like Hosting and servers
All the Blackfriday and CyberMonday sales are final and no refunds are applicable unless untill there is a mistake from the Zostinger side.
